The process begins when you choose your preferred fabric from our extensive collection of designer brands. Whether you’re looking for bold patterns, soft textures, or timeless neutrals, every fabric is cut by hand to match the size and style of cushion you select.
Once the fabric is cut, our team expertly sews each piece together with precision stitching for a flawless finish. Cushions are made with a hidden colour appropriate zip, making it easy to clean or change the insert. You can also select from a range of inner pads, from luxurious feather fillings for softness to hollowfibre options for a firmer feel or no insert if you already have inserts.
Every cushion is carefully checked for quality before being packed and sent directly to you. The result is a beautifully made, bespoke cushion designed to complement your décor perfectly.

How We Make Our Cushions
All of our cushions are handmade and made to order. They come with a hidden zip, making it simple to wash or change the insert. Piped cushions, will be self-piped in the same fabric.
Bolster Cushions
Long and cylindrical, bolster cushions are both decorative and functional. Use them for neck or back support on beds and daybeds, or to add a sophisticated touch to your living area.
Rectangle (Lumbar) Cushions
Add both style and support with our rectangular cushions. They are great for lumbar support; they’re perfect for accent chairs, benches, or as a striking centrepiece on your couch.
Round Cushions
Bring softness and a touch of whimsy to your space with round cushions. Their unique shape makes them perfect for modern interiors or as playful accents in children’s rooms.
Scatter Cushions
Our rectangular scatter cushions are available in a single size, will definately add interest to any sofa, settee or armchair.
Seat Cushions
These come with corner ties for attaching to the backs of your dining chairs, with the option of piping. The foam insert is a 5cm thick high density durable foam, covered in dacron, making it easy to remove for washing and giving you years of use.
Square Cushions
The timeless favourite, square cushions, are versatile and ideal for sofas, beds, and window seats. Available in a variety of sizes, they’re perfect for mixing and matching patterns or layering for added depth.

Whether your cushions are piped or unpiped, you are unlikely to be disappointed.
Our piped cushions feature self-piping in the same fabric as the cushion itself. However, if you prefer a different piping option for your cushions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Each piped cushion is a testament to fine craftsmanship. The neat, tailored edge is not only aesthetically pleasing; it also reinforces seams and imparts a crisp, structured shape to each cushion. From relaxing linen to sumptuous velvet, our piped cushions combine texture, colour, and precision detailing to elevate a room from the ordinary to the exceptional.
We know that every customer’s requirements are different. That is why we offer you three insert options: feather, hollowfibre, or no insert.
Feather inserts bring effortless luxury — soft, plump, and naturally breathable, they create that inviting “sink-in” comfort and a beautifully full appearance. The natural filling of feather inserts helps regulate temperature and can last for years with a quick daily plump. Synthetic inserts, by contrast, are lighter, firmer, and hypoallergenic, ideal for easy-care or outdoor use.
Choose feathers for indulgent comfort and a relaxed, elegant look; choose synthetics for practicality and low-maintenance durability. If you are just replacing existing cushion covers and are reusing your inserts, then just select 'no inserts'.

In most situations, cut-length fabric will be delivered within 7 days or less and made-to-measure orders 2-4 weeks. Where this cannot be achieved, you will be informed by email.
Delivery within mainland UK is £9 for all orders except cut-length fabric, where it is free on orders over £90. Delivery charges to other countries can be found here.
Refunds are generally not possible, due to the majority of the goods we sell being made-to-order or cut-to-order items and thus not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. However, where errors have been made due to incorrect measurements or specifications, we will try to find a satisfactory solution to the issue.
Cancellation of orders will result in a 100% refund if no work has started or the fabric has not been sent by the supplier. After this, refunds will be the value of the order less costs incurred up until this point.

Linings – We offer the full range of linings in both ivory and white plus FR.
Fabric Samples – We recommend that you order a sample prior to placing your order, rather than relying on the colour appearance on your screen.
Measuring – We have comprehensive measuring guides that are straightforward to understand.
Fabric Joins – Where necessary, your made-to-measure product will have fabric joins. This is because the product is wider than the width of the fabric.
Pattern Matching – Where fabric is to be joined, we will pattern match.
Receipt of Fabric – All fabric is sent out on a roll.
Receipt of Made-to-Order Items – These are sent out carefully packed on a next-day courier service. We recommend that you unpack your items as soon as you receive them to minimise creasing.
Payment – Payment is at the point of order via our secure Opayo checkout process and can be made using all major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal. With prior arrangement, it can be made via bank transfer.
